A local favorite restaurant for residents of Wonewoc, Mauston, La Valle and Reedsburg, The Summit House serves great home-cooked meals Wednesday through Sunday.
In addition to USDA Choice Angus steaks and chops, fresh seafood, and "Lil' Meals" that are portioned and priced for children 10 and under, The Summit House offers the following daily specials:
Wednesday - Chicken and Dumplings, "A county favorite, served family style."
Thursday - Chef's Choice. Our chef selects and prepares his favorite dishes, such as BBQ Baby Back Pork Ribs, Rib Eye Steak or whatever strikes his fancy!
Friday - Our famous Wisconsin Fish Fry, Baked Cod Fillets, our Seafood Platter, Norwegian Salmon Fillets, Blue Gills, Lake Perch and the "Catch of the Day".
Saturday - USDA Choice Angus Roast Prime Rib of Beef, Au-jus, served in Queen and King portions.
Sunday - Family Style Broasted Chicken, which is served from noon to 8pm every Sunday.
